| How long does it
take until my order gets to me? |

We usually ship
within 48 hours, given that all articles are available. The
actual time required to get the article to you is quite out of
our control. As a general guide, the transit time for delivery
addresses in Spain is usually 4-5 days, for countries in the
European Union about 8-10 days. That may vary however. |
| I cannot find
the article I am looking for. What now? |

With more than
10,000 items in stock, we still only have a given part of them
available online. Everyday we try to add more items. In the
meantime, if you have a particular item request, please feel
free to
get in touch with us with a detailed description. If we have
the item you are looking for, we can add it to the online store
in a few days. |

exclusively available for clients of our online store. There
is no such gift for purchases of that amount in one of our

you buy from us, regardless whether you buy them online or in
one of our stores, you have a fully warranty according to
Spanish legislature. However, no warranty claims will be
accepted without proof of purchase. |
| What shall I do,
in case one or more items from an order arrive broken

In case of any
damage to your order, please reclaim with the transport company
directly. Furthermore you need to give us written notice within
48 hours from arrival of the package, so that we can start an
investigation. We will then evalute your claim. |
