With regard to our delivery rates and policies, we have decided to offer you one unique and very reasonably priced service. We deliver any kind of order, regardless the weight, volume or quantity of items at a flat rate, depending only on the delivery address. We chose to do so, in order to make shopping at Mercagroc.com as easy as possible. With this flat delivery rate, you can focus on the items you like and you don't have to worry about the shipping costs that may occur. There are two delivery regions:

If you live in Spain, we send all articles of your order for only 5.95€. Keeping in mind, that we also have furnitures in our line-up, this is certainly one of the most competitive rates on the market. Deliveries in Spain usually take about 4-5 working days. If you like on the island of Majorca, you could even receive your items significantly faster. Please keep in mind, that orders placed around Christmas, can take significantly longer.

If you live in one of the EU-15 countries, we apply a flat delivery rate of 19.95€ regardless the articles you order. Please note that delivery times vary a lot in the European Union and sometimes it is quite difficult to forecast how long it will take. From experience it should usually take between 8 to 10 working days. However, we have also had clients in Germany and the U.K. who have received their orders already the third working day. Sometimes I may take significantly longer, if you live in a remote region.  

At a later stage, we will offer you different shipment options. If you are in a real rush, we can arrange an express delivery which incurs a supplement charge. Please call in for individual shipment arrangements on +34.971.770.041.

I you live outside the European Union, you can still buy our items, but we like to ask you to get in touch with us by e-mail or phone first, so that we can inform you about the conditions, customs formalities and rates for deliveries to countries outside the European Union.
